We, Japan Automotive Service Equipment Association (JASEA), have been preparing for the Auto Service Show 2009 since last spring and have closed the subscription for the application to participate on Dec. 25, 2008.
The subscription had proceeded successfully until the middle of December, however, it came under the huge influence of the worldwide economic crisis, which is supposed to happen only once a century, and unfortunately the result in the number of participants came up far smaller than expected.
We have judged that holding this show under such circumstances would do a grave disservice to the exhibitors as well as the visitors.
For that reason, it is with our deepest regret to announce you that we have decided to postpone the 32nd Auto Service Show and wait for the economy to recover and for the time for exhibitors to come back to the show.
